We are seeking talented engineering professionals to join us in OHIO in one of these opportunities: MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING All positions require a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience ranging from entry level to senior level. Qualifications should include computer skills, familiarity with synchronous and lean manufacturing concepts, and experience in ANY of the following areas: · STAMPING experience to include design support, engineering analysis and support to stamping manufacturing operations. Knowledge of progressive and transfer stamping a plus. JOB CODE KG-ST-EH · MACHINING PROCESS/EQUIPMENT experience within a high volume assembly environment. Knowledge of tooling equipment, SPC, or experience in cast iron or aluminum is a plus. JOB CODE KG-MP-EH · NEW FACILITY START-UP experience to include new process design and implementation. Expertise in cutting tools/machining of cast iron/aluminum or damper assembly process tooling equipment or fluid mixing/handling/dispensing would be a plus. Heavy supplier interface and some travel. JOB CODE KG-NF-EH · AUTOMOTIVE experience in specifying/purchasing equipment with heavy supplier interface. Bilingual fluency is a plus for these globally-oriented positions. Spindle Bearing process/equipment experience is preferred. JOB CODE KS-ME-EH ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING All positions require a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree required for higher level opportunities) and work experience ranging from intermediate to senior level. Experience in one of the following areas is required: · PLC experience to include operations support, troubleshooting ability, experience in designing/debugging industrial PLC and CNC machine controls, ability to read/write latter logic, and knowledge of tooling/lean manufacturing concepts. JOB CODE KS-PLC-EH · ELECTRONIC DESIGN and Development experience, to include technical knowledge of analog/digital/microprocessor-based circuits, embedded software systems experience, and knowledge of power electronics. Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and assembly language programming preferred. JOB CODE KG-CE-EH PRODUCT DESIGN/ENGINEERING All positions require a BSME (MSEE or IE in Product Design/Engineering will be considered), CAD/Unigraphics experience, and excellent communication/customer interface abilities. Familiarity with Materials Engineering in metal forming and ball bearing design preferred. JOB CODE KS-PE-EH MATERIALS/CHEMICAL ENGINEERING All positions require a Materials or Chemical Engineering degree (advanced degree preferred) with a focus on organics such as polymers, plastics, and rubber. Entry- to senior-level opportunities are available (an advanced degree is required for candidates with fewer than 3 years of experience).
